Prayer is Presence

A new series of sermons on prayer for 2024. Prayer is presence. Prayer is fundamentally about relationship. It is the relationship we have with the living God, our Heavenly Father.

In prayer we pursue intimacy with God and enter into His presence. Psalm 100 is a good template for that. It describes the Israelites going to the temple to meet with God.

Jesus made the way for us to boldly come into God's presence. So, we don't have to travel to Jerusalem or find a temple to worship at. We can meet with God at home, at work, or at church. Thank you Jesus!
