Carlos & Shirley Vargas

Carlos and Shirley Vargas work in La Paz, Bolivia. They have three sons; Alex, Lucas and Jeremy. Shirley is from Victoria, B.C. and initially went to Bolivia in December 1977. Carlos is from Cochabamba, Bolivia. They were married in 1988 and since 2010 have been working with spiritual retreats at ROCA in the Valencia community.  Their focus is to facilitate a space, spiritual direction and retreat guides for individuals, couples, families and groups to spend time alone with God.
